1. Platform Purpose

Bondimi is a private matchmaking platform for serious marriage intentions, family-building partnerships, co-parenting arrangements, and long-term companionship. Bondimi is not a hookup or casual dating platform.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Complete any required verification processes.
• Comply with these Terms of Service.

3. Account Verification

Users may be required to submit a live selfie and a reference photo. Verification approval is subject to moderation review. Bondimi may approve, reject, or request additional verification information where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, and integrity of the platform.

4. Membership & Subscriptions

Certain features require an active membership subscription. Membership access may include matchmaking, messaging, discovery, and search access. Subscriptions may expire, require renewal, or be suspended. Membership features and benefits may vary depending on the subscription package and may change over time as Bondimi evolves.

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not impersonate others
• Do not use fake information
• Do not harass users
• Do not threaten users
• Do not scam users
• Do not distribute explicit content
• Do not misuse private information
• Do not create duplicate accounts
• Do not bypass bans or restrictions

6. Matchmaking Disclaimer

Bondimi does not guarantee successful matches, marriage outcomes, compatibility, or emotional satisfaction. Users are responsible for their personal decisions and interactions.

7. Content & Communications

Users are responsible for content they upload or share, including messages, images, and profile information. Bondimi reserves the right to remove content that violates platform rules.

8. Reports & Moderation

Bondimi may investigate reports and, where reasonably necessary, review reported conversations or other content to investigate fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms. Bondimi may suspend accounts, restrict messaging, remove content, or permanently ban users where appropriate. Safety and moderation decisions are made in good faith to help protect the community.

9. Payments & Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in permanent suspension.

10. Termination

Bondimi may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, fraud, harmful conduct, or safety concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bondimi is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bondimi is not liable for user conduct, third-party actions, relationship outcomes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Bondimi means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, and other content made available through Bondimi are the property of Bondimi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
