3. Matchmaking & Visibility

Bondimi uses compatibility-based visibility systems. Your profile will only be visible to users whose preferences match yours and vice versa. We do not publicly display phone numbers, email addresses, exact home addresses, or sensitive verification documents.

4. Photo Privacy

Users control whether photos are public, match-only, or private. Private photos are never visible without approval. Verification images are not publicly displayed.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, secure authentication, role-based access controls, secure uploads, and session protection.

6. Admin Access & Moderation

Authorized administrators may review verification information, reported conversations, suspicious activity, and moderation reports where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or violations of our policies. This helps maintain platform safety and trust.

7. Payments

Subscriptions may be processed through manual bank transfer, payment gateways, or trusted third-party payment providers. Bondimi does not store users' payment card information.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, engage in fraud, harass users, impersonate others, or misuse the platform.

9. Your Rights

You may edit your profile, update preferences, request account deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information. Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or prevent fraud.

10. Child Safety

Bondimi is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, we will remove the account and associated personal information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Bondimi after updates means you accept the revised policy.

12. Account Deletion Process

You can request account deletion at any time from your Account Status page. When you confirm deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this period your profile is hidden from other members, you cannot send or receive messages, matches, or interests, and you cannot use Bondimi normally. You may cancel the deletion before the grace period ends. After the 30-day grace period, your account and personal data are permanently deleted from Bondimi, except where certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or prevent fraud.

13. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate Bondimi, including services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, and customer support. These providers process personal information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
