Account Deletion Process

You can request account deletion at any time from your Account Status page.

When you confirm deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period.

During this period:

• Your profile is hidden from other members.
• You cannot send or receive messages.
• You cannot send or receive matches or interests.
• You cannot use Bondimi normally.
• You may cancel the deletion before the grace period ends.

After the 30-day grace period, your account and personal data are permanently deleted from Bondimi, except where certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or prevent fraud.

How to request account deletion

1. 1Sign in to your Bondimi account.
2. 2Open Profile.
3. 3Select Account Status.
4. 4Open Danger Zone.
5. 5Select Delete Account.
6. 6Confirm your request.
